Alt-comedy weirdo Chris Elliott brings live-action mayhem to Adult Swim in Eagleheart, in which he plays a hypervengeful U. Marshal who surgically alters his skull, journeys to the center of the Earth and punches big-bads so hard they explode. Produced by Conan O'Brien's Conaco Productions and Troy Miller's Dakota Pictures, Eagleheartpremiering at midnight Thursday, is a bit of an odd duck for Cartoon Network's late-night programming block, although its cartoon violence and witless high jinks fit right in with ambitious animated series like Metalocalypse and Superjail.

To me, there is no more rewarding and consistently, hilariously wacko comedy on TV than Eagleheartwhich wraps up its third season this Thursday night at midnight on Adult Swim. At that point, the episode was just eight minutes in: By the time it was over, I felt delirious and drunk. Everyone should get drunk off this show!
